Overview
Atlas AI is an AI agent meant for managers and teams in Israel. It summarizes meetings in real time, identifies tasks and features, suggests a priority order, and talks with the team in Hebrew. Integrated with Slack and Calendar.
The challenge
Team managers in Israel spend hours documenting meetings, tracking tasks, and syncing with the team. Global tools do not catch the nuances of the language and of the Israeli work style. The client wanted a tool that is adapted.
The solution
We built a multi-agent system with 3 agents: an agent that listens to the meeting (Whisper + Claude), an agent that prioritizes tasks (GPT-4), and an agent that communicates with the team in Slack. All the agents work together through LangGraph, with shared context.
Results
The product launched a beta at a client company with about 50 team managers. On average, each manager saves 5 hours a week on documentation and sync. Now on the way to a public launch.
