Overview
know is an app that connects people to content creators and experts they trust. Instead of searching for an answer among videos, posts, and messages, you can ask a question and get an answer in a personal conversation, based on the knowledge the creator chose to make available to their audience. We built both the product app and its landing site.
The challenge
Creators get the same questions again and again, while the knowledge they have already published is scattered across channels and formats. The audience wants an available, focused answer, and the creator needs a way to share their knowledge at scale without answering every message by hand.
The solution
We built a conversation experience in text and voice, with a separate profile for each creator and an onboarding flow that defines their areas of expertise. A RAG layer finds relevant information from the creator's knowledge sources and attaches it to the conversation context. Alongside it we combined a custom model trained on our information and smart agents that manage the stages of the question, retrieval, and building the answer. The experience feels personal, and it rests on the knowledge that was entered into the system.
Results
The result is a product with a clear path for both sides: a creator can present their area of knowledge and offer the audience a new way to learn from them; the user can discover creators, open a conversation, and ask by voice too. The landing site we built presents the product's value and the app experience.
